Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for Dr.morgan to pick, pack & prepare your order. Once your package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.

We ship to the following countries and regions:

The estimated shipping cost shows up on checkout pages after the shipping address is updated.

Please Note: Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

If your order is returned to us due to banned / restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept order, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your account as follows:

You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 30% of the value of the order as a service fee.

If the product(s) is seized by customs there will be no credit processed for the product(s).

You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, etc. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for these shipments as well. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them. iheathlbc.com will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.

Free shipping over $99 (Canada, USA, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan), add $10 for less than $99

It will take about 5-14 business days for the order to be delivered. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Dr.morgan’s control.
